- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 box graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
- Combine first 4 ingredients in sauce pan.
- Bring to almost boiling over medium heat.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla, graham crumbs and walnuts.
- Press into slightly greased 8x8 inch pan.
- Let cool and ice with chocolate icing.
